As a key member of our team, you will take on a multifaceted role that blends customer service, account management, and creative expertise using the Adobe Suite. Your primary responsibilities as Key Account Manager (m/w/d) France include crafting and delivering compelling sales pitches, ensuring continuous market and technological analysis, and meeting ambitious call and turnover objectives.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying high-potential prospects, cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth. By taking ownership of our top customers, you will work to deepen relationships and expand sales opportunities, offering tailored advice, assistance, and solutions on our full range of products and services. Leveraging up-selling and cross-selling strategies, you will maximize value for both customers and business.
Additionally, you will oversee sales follow-ups and development and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. Your efforts will also involve actively promoting FLYERALARM’s diverse portfolio of products and printing services, positioning us as a leader in the industry.

Your profile:
- You have at least 2 years of working experience in the graphic or marketing field
- You have excellent IT skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel)
- You consider yourself friendly, analytical, result-driven and as someone who has commercial acumen
- You are a team player with a good work ethic
- You have good problem solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure as well as negotiating skills, appetite for numbers and the acquisition of new clients
- You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence in our clients
- You are being able to build great relationships with key contacts
- You have excellent proficiency in spoken and written French, good command of spoken and written English, German is a plus
